Children's Apron
After making an apron for myself, my girls wanted their own apron.
My friend, Char, made a whole bunch of aprons for her daughter's birthday party using a dish towel apron pattern, so I decided to use that style. I found this tutorial, but had to modify it a bit since it makes a size 8-11 and my girls are 3 and 2. I took K to the fabric store with me, and she picked out the fabric. Today we tackled and completed their aprons.
I used a 1/4" hem along the top, sides, and bottom, and shortened the apron from 28" to 22". I also had to shorten the neckline from 15" to 13". I still kept the ties at 22" on each side.
