It was delicious!!! Naturally, I had to get the recipe.You will need:
1 package of Oreos
1 jar of caramel ice cream topping
1 container peanut butter ice cream (Smith's has this in the Kroger brand
1 container Cool Whip
Set out ice cream to soften. Crumble half the package of Oreos and spread on bottom of 9x13 pan. Pour caramel over crumbled cookies. Spread softened ice cream over caramel. Spread Cool Whip on top of ice cream. Crumble remaining Oreo cookies and sprinkle on top. Put in freezer to set. Enjoy!
We also tried this with Mint Oreo ice cream last week, and it was just as scrumptious!
