Recipe Review #35: Navajo Tacos

One of my favorite meals is Navajo Tacos. Here's my recipe:

Navajo Meat Mixture
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1/2 cup pinto beans, cooked and ground (1 15 oz. can)
1 T. onion, chopped
2 cup picante sauce
3/4 cup tomato sauce (1 8 oz. can)
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Brown hamburger. Drain fat. Add remaining ingredients and heat through. Serve over scones and top with shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, onions, salsa, and sour cream. Enjoy!!
