
Yummy Stuff Dessert
1 1/2 sticks of butter/margarine, softened
1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
1 1/2 cups flour
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 regular-sized tub Cool Whip
1 cup powdered sugar
3 cups milk
1 small pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 small pkg instant chocolate pudding
1. Mix butter, 3/4 cup pecans, and flour. Press into ungreased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool in fridge/freezer.
2. Mix cream cheese, 1 cup Cool Whip, and powdered sugar. Spread on cooled crust and place in fridge.
3. Meanwhile beat milk and both pudding packages for 2 minutes. Pour over cream cheese layer and put in fridge to set.
4. Once pudding layer is set, top with remaining Cool Whip and nuts. Keep in fridge until ready to serve.















I have made/eaten this dessert many times. I love it! My recipe is titled, "S*x in a pan"!
ReplyDeleteHere is a tip I have learned: crush Heath/Skor bar and sprinkle it on top instead of the nuts. YUMMY!
