You completed an IRONMAN!!! You are amazing. I love to run. My fastest marathon was 3:42. Unfortunately, I have a bad knee now and can't exercise much without pain and swelling and hurting my knee more. I got surgery and the doctor said if I keep it up, I'm going to need a knee replacement in a few years. It's depressing:( CUte bag on UCREATE!
