Our Best Bites Cookbook Giveaway!!! **ENDED**

If you get to know me, you will find out that I LOVE food! More specifically, I love to cook. I think it is so fun to experiment in the kitchen and discover new foods. One of my favorite recipe blogs is Our Best Bites. They are constantly cranking out delicious recipes and I love trying them out for myself. Some of my family's favorites include their French Dip Sandwiches, Chocolate Zucchini Bread, San Diego-Style Fish Tacos, Chunky Monkey Pancakes, and Mint Brownies.

And that's just the beginning. I probably have at least 50 of their recipes printed off.

Here's the problem: those 50 papers can get kind of messy in my recipe drawer and I often sometimes lose one of my favorites and have to go back and print another one, or try to use my laptop while making dinner. Either one isn't ideal.

However, my problem has been solved! Kate and Sara, the creators of Our Best Bites, just released a cookbook with over 150 recipes in it, featuring both favorites from their blog, and new ones for our taste buds to enjoy!!!! I was fortunate enough to be given the opportunity to review this cookbook, and was nothing less than giddy when I received this package on my doorstep!

I was ecstatic as I opened it up and started browsing through all the recipes full of bright, vivid pictures. Finally! I had some of my most beloved recipes all in one beautiful cookbook.

I had to check for one of my absolute favorite recipes, Creamy Chicken Taquitos, and it was there!!! This is a staple in our family. I've also served it for get-togethers and it's always a crowd-pleaser. I like to combine it with the Quick and Easy Black Beans and Guacamole. All three recipes are in the cookbook - score! Some of the best features about this cookbook include the equivalent bookmark. It's such a quick and easy way to look up equivalents as well as mark your spot (especially when making multiple recipes at once). As I was perusing, I was drawn to Fresh Fruit Bruschetta with Orange-Honey Cream. I noticed another wonderful feature, serving suggestion: other recipes that go well with this one to create the perfect meal! Notice the serving suggestion of the Breakfast Taquitos? We are HUGE Mexican food fans in this house, so that was one of the first things I made. I love how each recipe tells you how many it serves, if you can make it ahead, vegetarian options, etc. The other FANTASTIC feature in this cookbook is the rollover index. This lets me know other recipes I can use things like red peppers, cilantro, etc. so my ingredients don't go to waste! AMAZING!!!
