Valentine's Day is just around the corner. My kids always enjoy our Thankful Tree that we do in November, so along those same lines, I thought it would be fun to do an "I Love You Because..." wall in February.
My girls and I did started this while my boys were napping. We wrote down why we loved each member of our family. While I'm hoping this will generate all sorts of warm, fuzzy feelings, I have to say that my almost 5-year old is cracking me up with her answers.
For her sister and brother:
For Mom and Dad:
She cracks us up all the time! And if you could hear her say these things in her unbelievably high-pitched voice, I'm sure you would be rolling on the floor with us.
We decided to write our answers on hearts, and thanks to Lifestyle Crafts and their newest line Sweetheart, we cut out a bunch of hearts in no time at all. We laid a bunch of the dies on the cutting platform, covered them with paper, then rolled them through the Epic Letterpress (dies also work with Cuttlebug and Big Shot).
You can see the rest of the Sweetheart line HERE.
And as always...you can grab these and any other Lifestyle Crafts products for 20% off with code "SEWDANGCUTE"!
Do you have any fun traditions you do in February to celebrate Valentine's Day?

Love this idea! I think we'll be doing this too.
