Personalizing the Valentine’s Chair Backers

Two years ago I made these fun Valentine’s Chair Backers for my kids.
It’s been fun for my husband and I to fill them up with little goodies and toys for my munchkins to discover Valentine’s Day morning!

Well I had another kid last year, so I figured I better make another one.
I’m in the process of that.
Hopefully, I can crank it out before next Tuesday.
In the meantime, I did
add some personal touches to the bags – their names.
Using my Silhouette, I quickly cut some heat transfer and ironed it on.
Font is CK Primary.

Do you guys do any fun Valentine’s Day traditions with your kids?

  1. they look beautiful! one more amaizing idea from u !

  2. These are sew.darn.cute! Seriously, I am not talented enough to do something like this. I tried to make a cover for my kindle fire tonight and failed, horribly. Man, these are adorable!

  3. I adore those little bags! How sweet! Our family has a Valentine's Dinner every year. Fizzy red hearts and pink stars drinks...personal pizzas shaped like hearts(we even cut the peperoni into heart shapes)...It's our "I love each one of you" feast and even our senior in high school looks forward to it each year.

  4. I love those bags, how fun! I also immediately downloaded that font - so cute!
